Arbitration or mediation proceedings held under the authority of Itro will be conducted in accordance to The Arbitration Law, 1968 and its ordinances. Itro will also conduct the proceedings in accordance to The Courts Law [Consolidated Version], 1984 and its ordinances. This also being subject to the following;

The parties requesting that Itro resolve their dispute will be held as mutually agreeing to take upon themselves the following rules that will be considered to be binding in the administration of the arbitration proceedings. The rules as stated above will be part and parcel of the agreement between the parties themselves and between the parties and Itro.
