Dr. Attorney Israel Shimony, President of the "Itro" Institute
Attorney Israel Shimony, President of the "Itro" Institute, holds a Ph.D. in Law and has authored four books in the field of arbitration. His book, *A New Horizon in Arbitration* (first published in 2009, with a second edition in 2014 and a third edition in 2019), and *Quasi-Judicial Bodies* (2016) deal with conflict resolution and disputes between litigants. His books are frequently cited in Supreme Court rulings, as well as in district and magistrate courts, and by the Registrar of Cooperative Societies. Israel Shimony initiated and drafted Amendment No. 2 to the Arbitration Law (Arbitration Law (Amendment No. 2), 2008); he is also a lecturer and researcher in the field of law.

Prof. Aharon Namdar holds a master's and doctorate degree from Harvard University in the USA. He has authored about 15 books on various tax-related topics, which are frequently cited by different courts.
Attorney and Notary Mai-Tal Shimony - CEO of the "Itro" Institute
Licensed attorney and member of the Israel Bar Association since 2002, a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Manchester, England (LLB). She is an experienced mediator and arbitrator in resolving commercial and contractual disputes, specializing in international commercial contracts, as well as family agreements and prenuptial agreements. She is also certified to prepare enduring power of attorney documents. Previously, she served as a member of the Arbitration and Mediation Committee of the Tel Aviv District Bar Association. She has worked as a legal advisor in commercial companies with branches in Israel and Europe. Attorney Shimony is a member of the Notary Committee of the Israel Bar Association and a member of the Enduring Power of Attorney Committee of the Tel Aviv District Bar Association.
